Delivery & Returns

How does delivery work?

✔︎ We use Fedex courier service for most of our deliveries, and do deliver to all over USA . You can expect your parcel within 3-8 business days from when you place your order. We do offer priority shipping which allows your parcel to be packed and processed before all other orders in the que, it is calculated at checkout.

 *PLEASE NOTE orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Fedex uploads events on where your parcel, don’t stress if there is no events uploaded after 24 hours  – the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Fedex. We guarantee your parcel’s delivery by requiring a signature on arrival.

Pre-orders:

**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck – it’s ready to go!

Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes! We are extremely confident that you will love The Snooby. If you do not find The Snooby suitable for you we do offer a 7-day returns policy. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out below.

Returns for Snooby Socks

please note Snooby socks not eligible for refunds. Exchanges for different sizes or designs are allowed as long as packaging is intact and the sock header card is not broken.

For exchanges, collection and delivery of sock exchanges will be at your cost.

Returns for Snoobys and other items

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag and bow that it arrives in.

If your return item arrives without the bag or bow, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund. We will not accept any returns after 7 days regardless of the reason for return.

Please note exchanges are only valid for 30 days after the shipping date of your order. The same return conditions apply.

If you need to return your Snooby please email our team at info@thesnooby.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Snooby. Then you will be required to pay a 15% handling fee on the total amount of your order which will be deducted from your refund. *Please note there are no returns allowed on specific Final promotional deals or Non-returnable items Unless Faulty*

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

We will send you a return shipping label at your cost, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before Fedex comes to collect the parcel.
